Diana Jones

Diana Jones joined A Step Forward, Inc. (ASF) in Jan 2011, bringing with her over 30 years of successful small business management and ownership experience. In addition to managing the front office, phones, budget, and various needs of our staff members and clinicians, Ms. Jones strives to create a sense of community as well as a comforting environment as she greets new and ongoing patients and attends to their questions and concerns. Having worked through her own journey of healing and understanding, she feels compassion and empathy for those who walk through the door and is happy to provide a welcoming and safe environment to both victims and perpetrators of child sexual abuse. She has adopted the ASF motto: “If we really want to prevent childhood sexual abuse, we have to understand and manage it from all angles.” Outside of ASF, Ms. Jones volunteers in various community organizations and teaches a ‘special needs’ Sunday School class at her church. Ms. Jones has also enjoyed 43 years of marriage, raised two sons, and loves spending time with her garden and her three granddaughters.
